Your data. Your dashboard. Yours alone.

Ironbark builds the shell — the structure, the charts, the branding. You fill it with your own data, on your own computer. I never see a single number. No cloud, no uploads, no subscriptions. Just a polished dashboard your business owns outright.

The shell model

Ironbark survives bushfires because of its shell. Your data is protected the same way.

Most dashboard providers ask you to hand your records over to their cloud: customer lists, sales figures, staff data. Ironbark works the other way around. I build the shell. You fill it. Nothing inside is ever mine.

Principle 01

I build from your ideas

To build your shell I only need to understand what you want to see: your column headings, your sites, your categories, the questions you want answered. Never a single row of real data.

Principle 02

The shell is proven with sample data

Your dashboard is designed and tested entirely with realistic sample data. It's polished and fully working before any real number goes anywhere near it.

Principle 03

You fill it. You own it.

On handover, you enter or import your own data, on your own computer. It stays inside your business. No cloud, no upload, no third party. Including me.

The shell: designed for a homewares retailer with three stores. The owner drops in the weekly POS export themselves. Every Monday, all three stores side by side, and the sales figures never leave their office.

The shell: designed for an electrical contractor running two crews. The office keeps their job spreadsheet exactly as before and loads it themselves, so client names, quotes and debtors stay in-house, always.

The shell: designed for any front counter, call centre or multi-site service team. Staff log interactions in their own simple form or spreadsheet; the shell turns a year of entries into evidence for staffing, rosters and reporting, while every record stays with the team that created it.
Why Ironbark

Tough on the outside. Clear on the inside.

Most dashboard tools charge per user, per month, forever, while holding your data hostage in their cloud. Ironbark builds you a polished, self-contained shell you own outright.

Zero data handling

I design from your ideas, you enter your own numbers. Sales, customer and staff records are never uploaded, shared or stored by anyone, including me.

Compliance-friendly by design

Because no third party ever touches your records, privacy assessments get much simpler. Ideal for businesses handling sensitive client, financial or health information.

One file, no installs

Your shell is a single file that opens in any browser: the office PC, a laptop, or the big screen in the staff room. Nothing to install or log into.

Feeds from your spreadsheets

No new system to learn. Keep logging data the way you already do, in Excel or a CSV export, and load it into the shell with a click. You stay in control of every row.

Answers in seconds

Which site is busiest? Which month dipped? Who hasn't paid? Questions that used to mean an hour in spreadsheets become a glance.

Built by an operator

Designed by someone who has run multi-site frontline teams for decades, not a software vendor. Every shell answers real operational questions.

Process

Discover. Build the shell. You fill it.

From first chat to finished dashboard in about two weeks, without your data ever changing hands.

01

Discover

A free 30-minute chat. Tell me what you need to see each week, then send a simple Structure Pack: a blank copy of your usual export plus a few fictional sample rows. No real records ever change hands.

02

Build the shell

I build your dashboard shell with your branding and realistic sample data, then walk you through a working draft. One round of changes is included so it fits how you actually work.

03

You fill it

You receive the finished shell, a plain-English guide and a short video. Then you load your own data, on your own computer. It stays yours. No cloud, no lock-in, forever.

Pricing

Fixed prices. No subscriptions. Ever.

One payment, one shell you own outright. All prices in AUD.

After handover

Updates & support, kept simple.

Your shell is built to run for years without attention, but businesses change. Here's how changes work after delivery.

$290/yr

Shell Care plan

Priority support, up to three change requests per year, and an annual refresh, including your new financial year setup, ready before 1 July. Optional, cancel anytime.

About

Dashboards from someone who's lived the problem.

Ironbark Dashboards is run by an operations leader with more than two decades in customer service and multi-site management: rosters, call centres, budgets, reporting, and all the spreadsheets in between.

After years of building dashboards that turned tens of thousands of customer interactions into clear evidence for staffing and budget decisions, I started building them for other businesses too, including businesses whose data could never be handed to a cloud vendor.

Based in rural Queensland, on a property surrounded by the real thing. Working with clients anywhere.

"Ironbark survives bushfires because of its shell. Your dashboard works the same way: the shell protects everything, and the life inside is yours."
